Return Policy

For a Full Refund:

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from receipt.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and unused.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required when returning merchandise.

Up to a 25% restocking fee may apply.

For Items not meeting the above criteria:

All merchandise returned is subject to a restocking fee of up to the full purchase price (depending on the condition of the returned item) The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Items must be returned in the original packaging within 30 days from receipt of delivery. A RMA number is required when returning merchandise. The RMA number must be noted on the delivery ticket, otherwise, the merchandise delivery may be refused.


    

Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original purchaser’s card. Checks and money orders will be refunded by a check. Please allow two to four weeks for processing.

For defective item returns:

Products purchased from us that are found to be defective within the manufacturer’s warranty period will be repaired or replaced. If the products are no longer a part of our current product line, the product will have to be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty replacement. All manufacturers’ warranty terms and restrictions apply.
